We developed a comprehensive modern minimalist interior design tailored to the client’s vision. The project included space planning, custom furniture and joinery solutions, lighting design, and selection of high-quality finishes. All fit-out work was executed efficiently within 40 working days, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approvals from DEWA and RTA where required. Our team coordinated site supervision, quality assurance, and client feedback throughout the project.
The Third Horizon project was successfully completed, delivering a stylish, functional, and fully compliant interior space. Optimized layouts and bespoke joinery enhanced usability and aesthetics, while timely completion ensured a smooth handover. The client received a turnkey solution that elevated the overall ambience and functionality of the JVC building space, meeting both design expectations and regulatory requirements.
