Through a process of early engagement, we provided workplace consultancy services to STI. Assisting them with prospective building appraisals and test fits ahead of them securing a space.
Our turnkey design and build solution for their new 2,000 sqft workplace at international incorporated flexible meeting spaces themed on STI’s world-famous brands.
We created an executive board room with thoughtful, brand coloured acoustic paneling to level the sound in the large room. The new breakout area provides space for the team to recharge and refuel. The main open-plan workspace offers plenty of space for focused work with collaboration tables for teamwork.

STI’s new workplace supports their flexible ways of working in a space that encourages concentration and productivity. Their brands are woven seamlessly throughout the space using their brand colour palette. There is plenty of usable space available for the continued growth of this influential company.
